Rovers striker Theo Robinson spoke to Rovers Player ahead of this weekend's clash with QPR.
"With Chris (Brown) getting injured it is disappointing you get a good relationship with them, but you have to adapt to the players that come in and make a partnership with them.
" 'Kiko' (Macheda) has come in, he scored a few goals when he was at the club before, hopefully we can get some more goals out of him now he is back and it can only be a good thing for the team.
"Every single game at home we have started well and we have to keep going like that, we have a couple of training sessions to sort out what we need to address as a team but also as individuals. We need a good performance from ourselves."
