Kiko To Shoot Rovers To More Glory

1 October 2013

Last weekend we mentioned how important a signing Federico Macheda looked for Rovers and the Italian duly delivered by scoring the only goal in Rovers’ 1-0 win at Sheffield Wednesday.

Macheda’s odds to net have been slashed but we still think there’s great value in backing him to open the scoring against Burnley at 9/2.

Rovers look much improved in recent weeks but this is another tough test for Paul Dickov’s men. Burnley come into this fixture in fine form. The visitors have scored in eight of their nine Sky Bet Championship games this season and five of the eight have had Over 2.5 Goals. Interestingly, four of the five games that Rovers have conceded in this season have had over 2.5 Goals. It’s 5/6 for Over 2.5 goals here.

Other reasons to bet:

Rovers have been level at half-time in our last four matches 11/10

Burnley have had more goals in the second half in four of their last five matches against promoted teams Evens.

Remember, if you haven’t already got a Sky Bet account, you can get a completely free £10 when you join and Rovers will also get £10 when you make your first deposit.

As well as that, Rovers will benefit as you bet throughout the season, so make sure you open your account via
