Rovers’ midfielder David Cotterill told the Official Website that he is feeling good and enjoying his football.
Cotterill spoke about Rovers’ good start and the positives that the players are taking from that.
“We started off really well this season and can take a lot of positives from our games,” he said.
“We started the season against Blackpool and although we lost, we took a lot of positives from how we played and what the gaffer wanted us to do.
“We were all disappointed with our performances against Bournemouth but have worked hard this week, on the training ground, to get it out of our system.
“The gaffer is working us hard and I love the way he wants us to play as it suits my style.
“I am working on getting more assists but also more goals. I have not scored yet but I’m being encouraged by the management team to have a go when I can and run at defences.
“As many of you can see we play football with the ball along the ground, which will hopefully bring us the results in a tough league.
“Personally I feel fit and good and I am enjoying my football.”
