Head Physiotherapist Alex Dalton has confirmed, to Rovers Official Website, that midfielder Harry Forrester has sustained an injury during the reserve game last week.
Harry had been suffering with an ankle injury, which he has now recovered from, however Dalton has confirmed that he has now suffered another set back.
Harry was impressive in the reserve game against Scunthorpe United, however it was in that game in which he suffered a tear to his quad.
Alex explained the situation: “Harry has suffered a two inch tear to his quad which will keep him out for between four and six weeks.
“This is an unfortunate setback as the ankle injury that has kept him out so far has now healed.
"I will be working with him to get a rehabilitation schedule together - this is another frustration for the lad when things were looking positive."
