Rovers Hoping To Shock Forest

20 September 2013

Rovers face promotion hopefuls Nottingham Forest this weekend in what should be a cracking match.

A late and controversial penalty denied Rovers a deserved draw at Vicarage Road in midweek, and Dickov will be looking for his players to bounce back from that unjust result to surprise Forest.

Rovers will feel they can definitely get something out of their match against Nottingham Forest. Our record against Forest is quite good, with only one loss in the last five meetings between the two sides.

Nottingham Forest’s away record is not that special either, which will give Dickov’s Rovers some confidence. Forest have picked up only two wins in their last six games on the road.

So there is room for optimism going into this clash. It will be a tough game for Rovers, but we should be in with a great chance of getting a result from the match. We are 5/2 to beat Forest, and a safer Double Chance Rovers or Draw is priced at 8/11

Both teams to score looks reasonably priced at 4/5 with Sky Bet.

In 10 of Rovers’ last 13 home games, both teams have scored, as is the case in the last four Forest matches. Furthermore, in four of the last seven meetings between Rovers and Forest, both sides have scored.

Other reasons to bet:

in two of their last three matches.level at half-time- Rovers have been

in two of their last three matches at the Keepmoat Stadium.under 2.5 goals- Rovers have had
