Another Big Weekend: Useful Information

All you need to know for a bumper weekend at the Keepmoat.

Local pride is on the line this weekend at the Keepmoat Stadium as Doncaster Rovers host Rotherham United on Saturday, before Doncaster RLFC take on Sheffield Eagles this Sunday.

Here’s everything you need to know for another great weekend of Club Doncaster sport:

Saturday
Doncaster Rovers face Rotherham United, kick off 3pm.  Tickets are available on 01302 762576 at £10 adults and £5 for children aged 16 or under.

The ticket office will be open from 9am and season ticket books are available to collect.  Supporters will also find their season ticket book now includes a voucher that can be brought into redeem their 10% club shop discount. Simply tear out the voucher and keep in your wallet or purse so you’re always able to access your 10% club shop discount.

Both home and away kits for the 2014 season are now on general sale and in stock this weekend.

The club are also operating cash turnstiles within the Polypipe (South) Stand this Saturday.

Doncaster Rovers will be playing in their brand new away kit this weekend to help celebrate the fantastic season the Dons are currently having.



Sunday
Our weekly Car Boot Sale starts at 6am before another South Yorkshire derby as The Dons face Sheffield Eagles for the Autism Plus Trophy.  Paul Cooke’s side are lying 4th in the league just 4 points behind second placed Featherstone.

A fantastic day of activities is taking place with a junior rugby showcase, dance groups performing and Doncaster born Boxing Champions Jamie and Gavin McDonnell leading the team out and taking part in post match meet and greets.

The Dons will also be kitted out in an exclusive special edition commemorative jersey in remembrance of Liam Maughan.  Rifleman Maughan, born in Doncaster, died from wounds received as a result of an arms fire which occurred near Sangin, in Helmand province, Afghanistan at the age of 18. A donation from the match proceeds will also be made to The Rifles charity.

Tickets for the game are priced at £13 for an adult and child, £11 for a senior and child and available on 01302 726576.  Kick off is 3pm.
