Rovers dig deep for charity.

This August Doncaster Rovers are supporting Prostate Cancer UK in celebrating the opening fixtures of the 2014/15 Football League season with a #Shirt2Work day as part of The Football League’s ‘Wall of Colour’ initiative.

Prostate Cancer UK has formed one of the most formidable teams in the country – Men United. They’re encouraging football fans across the country to sign for Men United with a fun fundraiser to give prostate cancer a real beating this season. With Rovers first home game of the season taking place on August 16 2014 against Port Vale, there are just over two weeks to get involved with Wall of Colour.

It’s really quite simple. Ask your colleagues in the office to wear Rovers shirts or colours on your chosen #shirt2work day and ask them to each donate £2.  The money raised will go towards helping to revolutionise the way prostate cancer is detected and treated.

To get involved and download a #Shirt2Work pack visit prostatecanceruk.org/Shirt2Work

Companies taking part can win a series of prizes including tickets to our opening home game of the season.
