Rovers can confirm that the Club’s appeal to overturn Harry Forrester’s suspension has been unsuccessful.

Forrester was sent off in the 79th minute of the Sky Bet League 1 fixture against Port Vale on Saturday 16th August 2014 at the Keepmoat Stadium.

Therefore, the mandatory three match ban will be upheld.

The Club are naturally disappointed with the outcome of this verdict, but respect the decision of the appropriate bodies.

Forrester will next be eligible to feature against Oldham Athletic on Saturday 30th August 2014 at the Keepmoat Stadium.
