Meet the Owners Event

Doncaster Rovers continued their commitment to In Rovers We Trust last night as they held their 5th Meet the Owners event at Keepmoat Stadium.

Over 250 fans were in attendance for the event which lasted just over an hour and included questions relating to the failed takeover, first team and general off the field related activities.


Co-owners Terry Bramall, Dick Watson, David Blunt were joined by First Team Manager Paul Dickov and Chief Executive Gavin Baldwin on the top table and fielded questions from the floor.

In follow up to the meeting the club are already pleased to confirm the following actions;


Friendly match admission prices

In future pre-season friendly fixtures concessions will include seniors and young people in addition to children.


Club Ambassador Scheme

The club will soon to be launching a Club Ambassador scheme, allowing supporters of Doncaster Rovers to get involved and help promote the club throughout the borough.  Opportunities will include the distribution of marketing materials through villages, the sale of tickets to groups or work place organisations and the chance to get more involved with the clubs lottery and alliance schemes.  Look out for the official launch of this scheme on the club website.


Fan Panels

The club will once again be working with Mark Bradley to set up fan panels aimed at improving all aspects of Doncaster Rovers.

The first two fan panels created will focus on;

       - Match day experience at Keepmoat Stadium

       - Ticketing, marketing and promotion of matches

Youth Profile

Fans wishing for more information on the youth team will be pleased to know that the club have already started to provide further updates on the youth team within its communications.  Look out for the weekly Made in Doncaster features on the website and in the club programme.  Search Made in Doncaster on the official website for archive information.
