An opportunity has arisen for qualified, enthusiastic applicants to join our team at Doncaster Rovers Foundation who are currently recruiting a Community Manager (Participation).The Community Manager is ultimately responsible and accountable for the management, delivery and development of all existing Community (Participation) projects along with continued development of new projects to support the whole Foundation in excelling across all themes.
The post holder must ensure effective, efficient operations of projects within the Community department and all those whom operate within it. This will involve ensuring that activities are correctly targeted, are in line with the Foundation & Club business plan, ensure delivery is of high quality, all monitoring and evaluation and quality assurance requirements are met, whilst ensuring all community initiatives are delivered within budget.
It is also necessary to work with other department heads to ensure strategic objectives are achieved across the team and sit within the wider Foundation and club needs.
