Doncaster Rovers manager Paul Dickov spoke to Rovers Player after his side's 1-1 draw with Blackpool.
“I think Billy’s got the touch on it in the end and that’s why we’ve brought him here, he comes alive, he gets one chance and gets one goal and strikers like that are at a premium at the minute which is why we are delighted to have him.
“We played Blackburn a couple of weeks ago and lost 1-0 and created numerous chances and we felt that fox in the box sort of striker was the missing bit that was needed and Billy has come up trumps today.
“I’m delighted because it was a scrappy, scrappy game where we had to dig deep, we’ve shown in the last week two sides of our game. Against Wigan last week, we got the ball down and passed it and looked like a top attacking team, today was different with the weather conditions and the manager change.
“At times this season we when we have gone one-nil down we have never really looked like getting back in it, so to come back and get the point is fantastic.”
