Rover’s midfielder has joined Scunthorpe United for an undisclosed fee after a successful loan period.
David has joined Scunthorpe today (Friday) so he can play on Saturday against Mansfield at the One Call Stadium.David Syers was a member of the successful League One Championship winning side last season but has found his chances this season limited with the arrival of Richie Wellens and Mark Duffy.
Paul Dickov explained that this move would give David the chance to play regular first team football.
