One lucky junior Rovers fan has won Dean Furman’s signed boots in our latest season ticket prize draw.
Congratulations go to 15 year old Ben Hughes from Worksop who is the winner of a pair of boots, worn and signed by the South Africa international Captain and Doncaster Rovers number 4, Dean Furman.
Last week Doncaster Rovers provided a rare opportunity for Junior fans to explore behind the scenes at Keepmoat Stadium.
The tour was attended by 15 children and parents who also received a special visit from the Football League’s favourite mascot, Donny Dog!
Saturday was the final day for existing season ticket holders to ‘keep their seat’, and those who attended the tour and renewed their season ticket before this date were entered into a prize draw.
Ben purchased his Doncaster Rovers 2014/15 season ticket last week and was the lucky winner, going home with a pair of boots that were not only signed, but also worn by Dean Furman in Doncaster Rovers Championship campaign last season.
Rovers have passed the 3000 season ticket mark and sales continue to rise for the 2014/15 season – already being higher than at the same stage last year.
