Wheels in motion for Doncaster's biggest ever car show and fun fair.

The Keepmoat Stadium is gearing up for a spectacular summer event.

The inaugural Doncaster Rovers Car Show (10:30am - 6pm) will see car dealers from across South Yorkshire exhibit their vehicles in the Keepmoat Stadium’s lakeside surrounds.

A range of family attractions have been planned for the event taking place on Saturday 26th July 2014, including the renowned Roger Tuby and Son International Fun Fair, a car crushing Monster Truck show, new and used car exhibition and a range of supercars on show.

Andrew Whitham, Head of Commercial at Doncaster Rovers, said: “We are extremely excited to be putting on such a special summer event at the Keepmoat Stadium, which is free to attend.

“People in this area are always supportive of the family orientated events that we organise, as shown by the cracking turnout to the Big Bang Firework Event every year.

“What this new event will provide is a fantastic family day out, combined with a great opportunity for local businesses to exhibit their products to thousands of people.”

With One Call Insurance and the Stoneacre Motor Group already signed up for their exhibition plots, the event is expected to attract a range of business partners in addition to those visiting on the day.

Andrew said: “We are looking forward to welcoming a range of local motor dealers to the ground to exhibit their vehicles.

“With thousands of potential customers visiting us on the day it provides a perfect opportunity for product placement at the ground.

“While car dealers would be the obvious exhibitor we are expecting, associated businesses are more than welcome, including motorbike showrooms, vehicle spares and even luxury car and limousine hire.”

Limited exhibition space is available for the event. For more information call the Doncaster Rovers Commercial Team on 01302 764665 or e-mail

Free entry and parking is available at the event.
