Doncaster Rovers manager Paul Dickov spoke to Rovers Player ahead of his sides clash with Sheffield Wednesday at the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday.
"Against Nottingham Forest it was a really good team performance, watching the game over we are slightly disappointed that we didn't come away with the three points."However going to Forest, where there home record is really good, I am pleased and we are going in the right direction.
"If you look throughout the league it is crazy, people are picking up points left, right and centre where they are not expected to.
"What we have to do is get some consistency into our play and in the last three games that when we do that, we can pick up some good results.
"Nobody after the Bournemouth game would have thought that we would have picked up seven out of nine points.
"Yeovil picked up a good point and Charlton won, so teams everywhere are picking up points.
"All we can do is pick up as many points as we can and we have shown in recent weeks that we can perform well and we have the togetherness to do that.
