Doncaster Rovers manager Paul Dickov spoke to Rovers Player after his side's 1-0 defeat to Leicester City which condemned the club to relegation.
"It's difficult at the minute, I'm gutted and obviously disappointed."It was everybody's aim this season to stay in the division and we've just come up a little bit short.
"We can look at results today and results elsewhere, but it is over the course of the season.
"More often than not you probably deserve to be where you are at the end of the season and unfortunately we have come up short.
"It wasn't through a lack of effort from my players, the club, the fans, anybody, we gave it everything we had, it is just disappointing.
