Doncaster Rovers can confirm that the JPT fixture with Notts County scheduled for Tuesday 11th November has been postponed until Tuesday 18th November.
With Notts County due to play in the FA Cup on Sunday 9th November they had requested that the fixture on the 11th be postponed. Having consulted with the Football League and FA it has been agreed for the match to be put back one week to Tuesday 18th November.
Should either Doncaster Rovers or Notts County draw their FA Cup match this weekend then the JPT game will be postponed once more until the 9th December.
The new date for Doncaster Rovers league game against Notts County has yet to be confirmed but could be played on the 6th December (should both teams be knocked out at the first round of the FA Cup) or in January (at a date to be confirmed).
Should Doncaster Rovers progress in the JPT by beating Notts County in the third round, a date will also be confirmed for the fourth round tie. In this eventuality the fourth round tie will be played at a later stage than the rest of the competition, which is scheduled for the week beginning the 8th December.
Doncaster Rovers' fixture with Sheffield United on Saturday 15th November is due to take place as scheduled.
Tickets purchased for the game will still remain valid for the rearranged fixture and the kick off time will remain at 7.30pm.
