Foundation up for local recognition.
Club Doncaster Foundation have been nominated for the Third Sector Business or Organisation of the Year at December’s Doncaster Business Awards 2014.The foundation has had a terrific year in which they have engaged with 13,993 participants through targeted intervention, participation in physical activity, further education and/or accredited training. This has resulted in 112,396 participant visits over the last 12 months.
Chief Executive of the Club Doncaster Foundation, Liam Scully, has also been nominated for an award in the (35 and under) Business Person of the Year category.
Liam has taken over the reins as Chief Executive of the Club Doncaster Foundation and during his short tenure to date, has expanded the operation and raised what were already previously high standards left by his predecessor, Eric Randerson.
The awards will be announced on December 11th.
