Rovers Player issues resolved.
A reminder to fans who wish to experience Fleetwood Town v Doncaster Rovers via the Rovers Player Live Commentary service tomorrow which will commence at 14:45 from Highbury.Monitoring the broadcast tomorrow:
For the broadcast tomorrow the club will once again will be providing a text commentary (in addition to audio via player) on The Wall. This platform will provide an opportunity for feedback on the audio commentary service as the match is taking place. If issues with the broadcast are taking place we will communicate them via The Wall so any fan can see, regardless of whether they use social media or not.
If individual users are experiencing problems then they should e-mail customerservices@performgroup.com
On sending an e-mail fans will receive an automated response confirming receipt of the e-mail followed by a personalised response within a few minutes.
In addition to the club monitoring the broadcast directly, PERFORM will also be monitoring the broadcast
PERFORM will be monitoring the broadcast in two ways, firstly they will be monitoring our connection via their UK service centre. Should the platform drop out from the connection failing they will contact the club immediately. The second way PERFORM will monitor the broadcast will be through their overseas UK service centre, here they have staff that switch between each commentary that is being broadcast to ensure that sound is being heard. Should the broadcast still have a live platform but no sound being broadcast, then this will be flagged up by the overseas service centre within minutes.
