Fans turn out to put their questions to manager and chief executive.

Doncaster Rovers Football Club would like to thank Retford Branch Supporters Club following their successful AGM yesterday evening.

Doncaster Rovers Chief Executive, Gavin Baldwin and First team Manager, Paul Dickov were in attendance at the event, taking part in an open question and answer session from fans in attendance.

As part of a range of topics discussed, fans questions included whether Paul would be looking to bring in any loan signings during the next few weeks, the importance of cup competitions this season and how the club would be undertaking their kit design process for 2015/16 season.

In a gathering that lasted approximately 90 minutes, Paul Dickov confirmed that “the club were investigating the loan market but players brought in must meet many factors with the most obvious being improving the team.  Dickov also stated that the importance of the cup competitions was underlined in his team selections for the four cup games to date.

With regards to next season’s kit, suppliers Just Sport will ask for fans views in due course and are also investigating the possibility of a ‘retro’ line of clothing for supporters to wear.  The club also confirmed that a series of closed group promotions would be available for the Doncaster public in the games running up to Christmas, to make Doncaster Rovers accessible for all.

As part of the evening, the Retford Branch Supporters Club made a donation to both the club and the Club Doncaster Foundation.  The Club would like to thank the Retford Branch for their donations and for their continued efforts and support of Doncaster Rovers.
