Foundation Friday- Join our Education Open Evening

Thursday 23rd April 4:30-6pm- Check out the variety of courses on offer from the Club Doncaster Foundation.

The Club Doncaster Foundation is hosting an open evening showcasing the variety of courses and options available for potential students at the Keepmoat Stadium.

Taking place on Thursday 23rd April (4:30-6:00pm) in the Rovers Education Centre in the East Stand ‘Donasonic Entrance’ at the Keepmoat Stadium, the drop in session will allow people to see the state of the art facilities the stadium boasts and the benefits of studying with the Club Doncaster Foundation.

Those who attend the open evening will also be in with a chance of getting their free tickets for Doncaster Rovers’ final clash of the season against Scunthorpe United and Doncaster RLFC’s clash against Bradford Bulls.

The Foundation offers a variety of full time Sport courses at Levels 2 and 3 where students obtain valuable skills for gaining employment and up to 420 UCAS points offering pathway to university.  

Students not only get the opportunity to study, but also get chance to be part of the Doncaster Rovers and the Doncaster RLFC Academies. 

Teaming up with both Rovers and the Dons, the training and playing programme runs alongside the learners academic qualifications, with additional training up to 10 hours each week on top of full-time study. 

For those with a passion for football and rugby league the opportunity to play the sport and who want a pathway to University, there is no better place to study than with the Club Doncaster Foundation.

The Education Foundation oversaw 170 learners through a range of nationally recognised qualifications in 2014 alone with a 98% pass rate, and has picked up prestigious awards for excellence in education.
