£15 for FA Cup Fixture

11 December 2015

The FA Cup 3rd Round, Premier League opposition…..and it’s just £15!!!

What a bargain! Doncaster Rovers and Stoke City have agreed prices for the Emirates FA Cup third round tie to be played on Saturday 9th January 2016 (3pm).

Adults can come and see the Premier League stars take on Rovers for a place in the 4th Round for just £15, whilst 17-21 year olds are only £8.
A family of four can come and watch the action for just £32 and whilst you’re here why not guarantee a meet and greet with our mascot Donny Dog and his half time Deli.

Rovers stormed into round three after the demolition of Cambridge United in round two, goals from Mitchell Lund and a brace from Conor Grant ensuring ball number 52 had Rovers' name on it and a date with top flight opposition.

Stoke who currently sit 10th in the top tier recently beat Manchester City 2-0 and have also picked up victories against Chelsea and Tottenham this season. The Potters are already well positioned for a place at Wembley in the Capital One Cup, with only Liverpool standing in their way; a team Mark Hughes’ men smashed 6-1 last season.

Chief Executive Gavin Baldwin said: “This is what the FA Cup is about, the Premier League side versus a lower league club. The interest in the game already has been significant so we encourage fans to buy early.

“As a gesture of goodwill to both sets of supporters Stoke and ourselves agreed to offer our fans the chance to watch the game for just £15. It is an expensive time of year for everyone so this is our late Christmas / Happy New Year present from us both, to you all.

“It will be the first FA Cup game against Premier League opposition for six years and the first time we’ve played Stoke in 55 years so we’re really looking forward to a buzzing atmosphere and an incredible day.”

Prices and selling arrangements for the game are below:
Adults £15
Seniors £10
17-21 £8
12- 16 £5
11 under £1
