Club Doncaster Foundation is now recruiting 15-17 year olds for the 2016 NCS programme.
Over 600 young people from a variety of schools and backgrounds completed the NCS programme with Club Doncaster Foundation in 2015. NCS returns even bigger and better in 2016!NCS sees 15-17 year olds from the Doncaster region develop essential skills by living away from home on a residential in the Lake District or Peak District. They will partake in activities such as rock climbing, abseiling, kayaking, mountain adventure etc. Following this they will return to Doncaster to learn skills such as First Aid, before completing a social action project in the local community.
The NCS programme allows year 11 & 12 students (or age equivalent young people) a chance to; further their skills, enhance their CV, strengthen their UCAS applications, experience the outdoors, manage their own project, conquer their fears and make lifelong friends.
