General purpose of the post:
To oversee and manage the schools engagement programme, including all associated projects delivered within schools. The role will also involve coordinating sports participation projects with a particular focus on activities for children and young people. A key part of the role will be developing partnerships and managing relationships with key stakeholders in these work areas.
The post holder will also oversee the management of Community Coordinators and coaching staff and will be responsible for the deployment and line management thereof for all relevant Community activities.
