Club working with catering partners to ensure improvements.
After speaking with supporters regarding matchday queuing on the concourse, the Club have met with Centerplate to ensure that more is being done to limit queue time.Starting with the game on Saturday January 17 against Barnsley there will be the reintroduction of the “snake queue” system at all kiosks, in each stand at the Stadium.
Stewards will be in place to help with queue management and Centerplate have assured us that further kiosks will be open.
Rovers CEO Gavin Baldwin said: “If fans are coming to us in volume saying that queue times are too long and they are missing the game as a result, then we have a problem. The Club takes this very seriously and we are now working with Centerplate even closer than normal to ensure that things are improved for our fans."
