International defender pens deal until summer of 2017.Luke McCullough has signed a two and half year extension to his contract, subject to paperwork, the club can confirm.
The Doncaster Rovers and Northern Ireland defender has been in impressive form for the Keepmoat Stadium side and his performances have merited a longer term deal.
The 20 year old has already made 43 appearances in all competitions for Paul Dickov’s side and scored his first senior goal at the weekend in the 1-1 FA Cup draw against Bristol City.
A former Manchester United academy product, McCullough – who has three international caps to his name – joins Andy Butler, Enda Stevens, Reece Wabara and Sam Johnstone in furthering his stay in South Yorkshire.
