Taking Abdul Razak for a meal…. “I did [take him out for dinner], it didn’t last very long if I’m being honest!”
Razak as a player…. “He’ll bring a lot of energy, he's a tough boy who'll put his foot in but he's got a lot of quality on the ball and he's got everything you want from a midfielder.”
Bringing in a striker… “Would I like to bring in another striker? Yes. Would another 91 football league managers want another striker? Probably. But I don’t want to knock the strikers we've got because they’ve done an unbelievable job for the team.”
Dean Furman’s international commitments…. “I am going to watch him, I’ve text him to wish him luck and i hope he does well. We’ve missed him.”
Turning a corner… “It makes a change from earlier in the season where we made mistakes and were playing catch up.”
The next generation… “Paul Wilson and Paul Stancliffe have done really well with them; they’ve got some lads with professional contracts already. It will be tough, as it was against Swansea, but they can go down there and do well. Those without contracts now have to catch my eye.
