Renewing season ticket holder John Turner has kindly donated his £50 worth of Club Doncaster vouchers to Children’s Hospice, Bluebell Wood.Unable to take the penalty himself due to injury, Mr Turner was given special dispensation to nominate Rovers striker Nathan Tyson to take his ‘Season Ticket Spot Kick’ against Marko Marosi as part of the ongoing ‘My Local Team’ season ticket campaign!
The Rovers hitman, who has a 100% record from spot kicks so far this term, duly beat the Slovakian Under 21 international from 12 yards and the vouchers will go to the local charity.
Bluebell Wood will be present at tomorrow’s local derby against Barnsley.
