2015/16 Away Shirt REVEALED.You have chosen next season’s away kit and it will be blue again! Next season the blue will be significantly darker than the current away shirt and the shirt will also have a double stripe slightly off-centre to reflect the red and white of our home shirts.
Both the new home and away shirts for the 2015/16 season will also carry the Club Doncaster logo on the back, just below the collar. This will be the first time that the Club Doncaster logo has appeared as an official part of the matchday and replica clothing.
The Club can also proudly announce that One Call Insurance will continue their fantastic relationship with us for a further two years taking their sponsorship deal up to May 2017. That makes the partnership status 7 years in total, something that is very unique in football in this day and age.
Commercial Manger Andrew Whitham said: “To secure the One Call deal for another 2 years is brilliant news and it’s a partnership that we can all be proud of. It’s a local business supporting their local team and that is what we are both about. Nik Springthorpe (MD of One Call) is really keen to take the relationship of the two businesses to the next level, so as well as working with Rovers for two more years, they will also be involved in the Dons sponsorship and as a business they will be reaching out to both sets of supporters with some really exciting offers. Watch this space.”
Nik added, “Working with Rovers and Dons, Club Doncaster as a brand if you like, is vital to us. We want to support our local teams and to offer the fans something that other businesses perhaps can not. We will be working with Andrew over the next two years to penetrate new markets and opportunities that we maybe haven’t reached yet, and to also continue to offer our current clients an even better service. We are really excited to be part of this for two more years and look forward to seeing our name on the new home shirt. The fans shirt!”
