One hundred lucky Doncaster Rovers fans are going to get their hands on a piece of historic club memorabilia this Saturday.
Tomorrow’s game will see a special edition copy of RTID being sold, with 100 of these copies having been personally signed by legend James Coppinger.‘Copps’ as he is affectionately known is closing in on 450 appearances for the club and the game against promotion rivals Peterborough United has been dedicated specifically to him with tickets just £5 – 50p of which goes to his chosen charity.
Copies of RTID are priced at just £3 as Copps goes on record in an in depth interview revealing his heartfelt thanks to the fans, what makes him tick and how spurning a move away from South Yorkshire was one of his best ever decisions.
People who’ve featured heavily during Coppinger’s career also put their thoughts on record about a man who has won more than most while in the red and white hoops.
