A night of glitz and glamour is in store at the Keepmoat Stadium as Doncaster Rovers announce plans for their Player of the Year Awards Dinner 2015.
With the Rovers still strongly in contention for a play off place and an immediate return to the SkyBet Championship, the night will hopefully make for a great celebration of a successful year.Taking place just before a potential play off campaign, Commercial Manager Andrew Whitham said that he hopes the dinner can be the perfect send off for the first team squad.
"Our corporate support has been fantastic all season and we are looking forward to giving those loyal supporters the opportunity to celebrate this season’s achievements with the first team and management staff.
"The hope is that we will be successful in our aspirations of achieving a play off place, and then the night can serve as a morale boost ahead of what will be a testing play off campaign."
The Player of the Year Awards Dinner will take place on the evening of Sunday, 3rd May 2015 after our final league fixture against Scunthorpe United.
The early 12.15pm kick off will give the Commercial team the time to transform the Jibba Jabba restaurant into a venue befitting of the event.
Andrew said: "Our hospitality lounge will be as you have never seen it before, providing the perfect backdrop for such a prestigious event.
"In the absence of a 'Summer Ball' style event in Doncaster, we are looking forward to seeing members of the business community and our corporate supporters come together for this great occasion.
Tables of 10 are available, including a luxurious three course meal, entertainment and disco till late from just £500 + vat.
There will also be limited high profile opportunities to sponsor an award at the event.
