Rovers ball number 18 among 80 first round sides.
Doncaster Rovers will enter the Emirates FA Cup draw on Monday October 26 with Rovers handed ball number 18.
The draw will be shown live on BBC2 during a half-hour programme which begins at 7.00pm. The first round takes place on the weekend of November 7/8 2015.
The 48 clubs from League One and Two enter the FA Cup at this stage. They join the 32 winners from the previous round (fourth qualifying round) with £18,000 on offer to the victors.
Last season, the Rovers exited the competition in a third round replay to Bristol City at Ashton Gate, having defeated Weston-super-Mare and Oldham Athletic en route.
Rovers loan players Keshi Anderson, Oscar Gobern and Cameron Stewart are eligible for selection should new manager Darren Ferguson see fit.
