WINNER! The design of 2016/17 home shirt revealed.
Doncaster Rovers are delighted to announce the winner of our 2016 “Design-a Kit” competition – as chosen by you, the supporters – can be seen below.After receiving a whopping 41.4% of the votes that were collected via our Facebook poll and paper ballots, we can confirm that Rovers will stride out in the new home shirt for the forthcoming 2016/17 season.
The Club would like to congratulate the winning effort – with the winner now bound for Thailand in conjunction with new technical partners FBT at the first stage of manufacturing – and want to thank everyone for their respective entries in to the competition which proved immensely popular with all our fans.
Marketing and Communications Manager Ryan Murrant said: “We have had an unbelievable response from our fans regarding this competition. It’s clear how important the home and away kits are for supporters. They’ve designed it, voted for it, will be there at the first stage of manufacturing and, along with the first team, will be wearing the finished product in the stands. Congratulations to the winning entry and thanks go to everyone who has contributed!”
