Our matchday magazine has undergone a facelift and now has an even better look and unique offering!Starting with the game today against Stoke City in the FA Cup, RAW magazine will include a retro programme with a game relevant to the modern day fixture. On the 9th January inside RAW magazine will be 12 pages of the 1956 programme from when Rovers played Stoke City; a game Rovers went on to win 4-0 in front on 14,659 spectators!
RAW magazine will also be smaller so that it can fit inside jacket pockets, will have even more exclusive content, and will still remain at just £3.
After receiving feedback from supporters and commercial partners Head of Commercial Affairs Andrew Whitham said “We feel the new look RAW magazine will offer our supporters something unique and content that you can’t get elsewhere. We have reduced the size based on supporter feedback and hope that our supporters enjoy the retro programmes now inside.
"We have worked closely with our new print partners to remove the perfect bound spine of the programme as that can prove costly and now this allows us to keep the programme affordable. We would like to thank our print partners for working with us with these changes mid season and can’t wait for our supporters to see the new improved RAW magazine”.
Marketing and Communications Manager Ryan Murrant added “We regularly get feedback from supporters, sponsors and from the Football League on what our fans want from a matchday magazine, and like with everything we do here, we will use that feedback to improve our products.
"With RAW magazine we have used feedback to review the design and we feel it now offers our fans what they want and something unique to them and to Doncaster Rovers. It’s something they can be proud of."
