Official Charity Partners

27 January 2016

Can you nominate a charity from the Doncaster region?

During the calendar year 2015 the Official Charity Partners of Club Doncaster have been St. John’s Hospice, and The Ray Dunning Scholarship Fund.

Both charities have benefitted greatly from their association with Club Doncaster and its supporters. Awareness of their valuable work throughout our community has been significantly heightened, and Rovers fans have been wonderful in helping to fundraise on behalf of these two charity organisations.

Club Doncaster’s Charity Strategy dictates that we now look to select two new Official Charity Partners for the calendar year 2016.

To this end, once again, we invite supporters to nominate a local charity for consideration as an Official Charity Partner. Any charity which is nominated must be active in its work throughout the Doncaster Metropolitan Borough, and its work must be available to support as wide a cross section of the populace as possible. We are unable to consider nominations of any organisation which does not have charitable status and a registered charity number.

If you would like to nominate a charity which complies with the above criteria please e-mail your choice to customerservices@doncasterroversfc.co.uk

Nominations close on Wednesday 27th January 2016.
