Young local fans can see international quality players on their doorstep thanks to the vision of Rovers Chairman David Blunt, who has asked that supporters under 16 can see the club in action in friendlies against Middlesbrough and Newcastle United absolutely FREE as part of our strategy to build our fanbase.
In what has proved to be a major coup for the club, the well supported north-east duo will visit Keepmoat Stadium as the build up to the new season intensifies and we want you to be here to enjoy the games.
The club are excited by the prospect of welcoming current and recent Premier League outfits which have international quality squad lists, while Rovers’ own squad – including NINE new signings – continues to take shape ahead of aiming for promotion from EFL Sky Bet League Two.
