Rovers handed Forest tie.
Nottingham Forest will visit the Keepmoat Stadium in Round One of the EFL Cup.
The tie will take place on the week commencing 8th August 2016.
The last competitive meeting with Forest came back in March 2014, when the sides played out a 0-0 draw at the City Ground in the EFL Championship.
