Doncaster Rovers can today announce the final friendly of the pre-season campaign.Rovers will travel to face EFL Sky Bet League One side Coventry City, which will take place on Friday 29th July at Liberty Way Stadium, the home of Nuneaton Town.
Doncaster played the Sky Blues just two months ago in an EFL Sky Bet League One fixture at the Keepmoat Stadium and were victorious 2-0 thanks to goals from Tommy Rowe and Andy Williams.
With the fixtures being announced yesterday and Rovers travelling to Accrington Stanley on the first day of the season, Darren Ferguson will be looking forward to a final pre-season friendly ahead of the season start date on Saturday 6th August.
Rovers have already announced that Premier League Middlesbrough and Rafa Benitez’s Newcastle United will visit the Keempoat Stadium in pre-season.

Tuesday 12th July - Rossington Main (A)
Saturday 16th July - Middlesbrough (H)
Wednesday 20th July - Newcastle United (H)
Saturday 23rd July - Kidderminster Harriers (A)
