Striker's cool finish in the top ten goals of 2015; and you can vote for it to be number one.
Rovers are pleased to announce that striker Andy Williams has been shortlisted for the Football League’s ‘Goal of the Year’ award for 2015, as revealed on Channel 5’s Football League Tonight programme.Williams, who showed stunning skill with his goal against Oldham Athletic in December, is now the club’s third nomination for an award at the FL Awards which will be held in Manchester on April 17th.
Williams now joins teammate Andy Butler (PFA Player in the Community) and the club itself (Nickelodeon Family Club of the Year).
Rovers would like to congratulate Andy on his fantastic achievement and wish him the best of luck on the night.
