Overview:
This position represents a genuinely unique opportunity to help shape and develop the future of an award winning and innovative
community foundation. Applicants will have strong management experience preferably gained in a sports business/charity
environment. Excellent developmental and financial understanding and outstanding interpersonal, networking and relationship
management skills are also vital in this role.
General purpose of the post:
To effectively manage and lead the Community department on behalf of the Club Doncaster Foundation Chief Executive.
The Head of Community is responsible for growing and developing projects within the community department, supporting the
strategic aspirations and ambitions of the Foundation across key themes of work.
To secure funding for the department contributing to the success and sustainability of the Foundation, the department and those
who operate within it.
