Darren Ferguson plans to rotate his squad for the Easter Monday visit of Blackpool.
Rovers secured a point at Colchester United on Good Friday, and Ferguson will make changes to cope with two games in quick succession.
Ferguson said: “There are certain players I have to protect, especially with a few injuries at the moment.
“We want to finish with the quality and class we have shown all season and, if we can, win the league by a large margin.”
Rovers are looking to pick up points to claim the title, but the Seasiders will be looking for a win as well as they aim to get into the play-off positions.
Ferguson added: “There are no easy games left for us, our next three opponents Blackpool, Wycombe and Exeter are all chasing the play-offs.
“Blackpool are a good team, very well organised with a lot of strikers to choose from, but if we get to the standards we know we are capable of then we are a match for anyone.”
