Investment in Club Doncaster has seen a number of new appointments in recent months.
The new faces cover all areas of the company and signify the commitment to develop into an organisation that truly helps the people in the area through leadership in sport.
Gavin Baldwin, Club Doncaster chief executive, said: "Club Doncaster is still a new concept, but these new arrivals are a real sign of intent from the owners and proof of their long-term vision.
"The new faces have already had a real impact, which can be seen behind the scenes every day, and the appointments point to a truly bright future."
The Rovers first-team backroom staff were strengthened with the appointment of Russ Wilcox as head of recruitment and John Schofield as professional development coach - both are former Rovers players who bring a wealth of experience to their roles.
Club Doncaster Academy have created a number of new positions to expand their community commitment, with Matt Ellison joining as football development officer (operations), Tom Hunter as football development officer (player development & recruitment) and Tom Sutton as lead foundation phase coach. Ernie Oliver is the Academy’s new head of recruitment.
Our communications team have welcomed Ryan Daly as media assistant and Aidan Howard as marketing assistant. Hannah Moore is our new graphic designer, with Robbie Andrew joining as media intern.
Shelley Tonge arrives as Academy secretary, with Suzanne Uttley taking on a new role as the new Box Office deputy manager. Nicola Moran and Lauren Wright have also taken on expanded roles within the commercial team.
Our finance team was strengthened with the arrival of Darriane Edeson as assistant management accountant.
In addition, the Club Doncaster Foundation have welcomed Peter Norman as strategic development director for the Doncaster Youth Alliance.
