John Marquis reckons his game has improved dramatically over the course of the season.
The forward bagged his 16th and 17th goals of the season in the 3-0 win at Yeovil Town on Saturday.
“It’s always nice to score goals and help the team and I feel like my game as a whole has improved just by working with the manager and the staff here,” he said.
“We’ve got strength in depth in this team and a lot of quality.”
The brace at Huish Park meant the Rovers’ No.9 has claimed six goals in his past four games.
“I’m on a good run at the moment, that goal was probably one of the better goals that I have scored this season,” he added.
“It was the icing on the cake really.”
