Rovers will start their 2017/18 Checkatrade Trophy campaign with a trip to face Grimsby Town at Blundell Park on Tuesday 29 August, with the game kicking off at 7:45pm.
Darren Ferguson’s side then face Sunderland Academy at the Keepmoat Stadium on Tuesday 3 October, with a slightly earlier kick-off time of 7:30pm.
The final game in the group will be another home game, this time against fellow Sky Bet League One side and local rivals Scunthorpe United on Tuesday 31 October, with that encounter also scheduled for a 7:30pm start.
