Doncaster Rovers have completed their pre-season planning by adding games against Sheffield Wednesday and Chesterfield to the fixture list.
Rovers will welcome local side Wednesday to the Keepmoat Stadium on Tuesday July 25 (7.30pm kick-off).
Carlos Carvalhal’s side reached the Sky Bet Championship play-off places in 2016/17 for the second year in a row, and will be sure to provide a stern test as well as bring plenty of travelling support on the short trip from Sheffield.
Rovers will bring their pre-season campaign to an end with a fixture against Sky Bet League Two side Chesterfield at the Proact Stadium.
Darren Ferguson’s side will make the trip to take on Gary Caldwell’s Spireites on Saturday July 29, with the game kicking off at 3pm.
Ticket prices for both games will be announced in due course.
