With the installation of the new online ticketing/CRM systems we are continually looking to improve the way in which we communicate with you.
But in order to do that, we are dependent on the information we receive from you including your contact details such as mobile number and email address (please be assured that all data is for internal use only and will never be passed on to third parties).
So what are the benefits of updating your details? We want to offer special deals when it is your birthday, we want to let you know if we have special ticket promotions, we want to let you know about exclusive events and family days.
You can also benefit by booking your ticket in advance which means avoiding the large queues on the day of a game, or even taking advantage of our membership scheme, (only £10 per season and you can save £3 per game). You will also ensure you get the seat and the view you want especially on the bigger games where tickets are snapped up quickly.
As an incentive to update your details we are offering two 2017/18 season tickets to be drawn randomly from those who update their data on our ticketing system. One winner will be informed via email, one via text.

To update your details online you must log on to http://tickets.clubdoncaster.co.uk, click onto the SIGN IN button on the top right hand corner.
Enter your Supporter ID (this can be found on your match ticket next to your name, or in your season ticket booklet on the insert or on your membership card entitled ‘FAN No’. Your password will be your postcode.
We would also ask you to complete the section underneath your personal details, explaining to us your obsession with Doncaster Rovers, why the you feel the club is so much part of your life and how you show your passion for our club’.
Completing this section offers you the chance to star in this year’s season ticket campaign, and to become one of the faces of the Rovers for the 2017/18 season.
