EIGHT KEY POINTS

  • A Rovers first-team player will be making an appearance in the Belle Vue Bar from 11.50am, please listen out for the team announcement and a quick question and answer session.
  • Tickets are available to members in advance from for £17 for adults, seniors £13, £9 for 18-21 years, £5 for 12-17 years and £2 for 11s and under.
  • There will be no cash gates on the day, tickets must be purchased from the Club Doncaster Box Office and you must have a previous purchase history.

  • Rovers are expecting the largest home crowd of the season so far with heavy traffic likely in the area. Please allow extra time to get to the ground.

  • As the match has been selected live for TV coverage, overseas viewers will not be able to watch through iFollow Rovers. Audio commentary, with Alfie May providing expert co-commentary, will remain available.
  • Silver Plus members are reminded to collect their matchday programmes and half-time draw tickets before entering the stadium.
  • Donny’s Kennel - young fans in the Club Doncaster Foundation Family Stand can enjoy games of FIFA18 with Rovers’ players – last week saw Alfie May, Will Longbottom and Ross Etheridge making an appearance.
  • A minute's silence will be held prior to the game in remembrance of the fallen during the two world wars.
  • Order food with Donny’s Deli and young fans can receive their half-time refreshments hand delivered to their seats by Rovers own Donny Dog
  • The Rovers Alliance £10,000 draw will take place at half-time

PARKING

Car parking is available at the Keepmoat Stadium, with Silver Plus members having a reserved space in car park 2. Car park 3 is open to all fans and sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Limited places are available.

Please ensure you pick up your programme before entering the stadium.

Fans leaving the East Stand after Saturday’s game are asked to leave Club Doncaster Sports Village in a clockwise direction.

There will be a temporary barrier preventing exit via an anti-clockwise direction. Once all visiting fans have left, the barrier will be lifted.

Should you wish to exit in an anti-clockwise direction you may experience a slight delay whilst the away supporters have dispersed from the stadium footprint.

MATCHDAY MAGAZINE

Our 60 page matchday magazine, ‘DNA’ is available for only £3 from sellers located outside the ground. This issue contains an interview with Joe Wright as well as the manager's and chief executive's comments.  

FOOD AND DRINK

Both home and away fans can enjoy the hospitality of the Belle Vue Bar from 10.00am where you can take advantage of specials:

1. A pie and a pint for £5

-      Available until 11:30am in the concourse

-      Available until 11:45pm in the Belle Vue Bar

-      Available to DNA Card holders across the ground until 12:00noon

2. A Pie, burger or hot dog with a hot or soft drink for £5

-      Available until 11:30am in the concourse

-      Available to DNA Card holders in the concourse until 12:00noon

 3. Two pints for £6

-      Available until 11:30am in the concourse

-      Available until 11:45am in the Belle Vue Bar

-      Available to DNA Card holders across the ground until 12:00noon

Belle Vue Bar

Food and drink will also be available from the Belle Vue Bar and Rovers Square, open from 10:00am, so arrive early sit back, relax and get exclusive news from a player interview from 11:50am- only in the Belle Vue Bar. 

Alcoholic and soft drinks as well as pies will be on sale from the Rovers Square and the Belle Vue Bar. Music will be played from Rovers Square as we build up to the match.

Pre-order your drinks

Should you wish to avoid the queues for drinks at half-time, you can pre-order your pint by going to any of the following kiosks prior to 12:30pm.

  • Kiosk 8 (Peter’s Kitchen) (West Stand)
  • Kiosk 6 (Copps Tapp Inn) (South Stand)
  • Kiosk 3 (Rovers Return Inn) (East Stand)

You will be handed a token for your purchase, which you must redeem at the above kiosks in exchange for your pint. 

An additional bottle bar has been placed in the Kingstone Press area of the South Stand concourse to alleviate queuing at half-time.

Please note that drinking alcohol is not permitted within sight of the pitch for any fans and soft drinks only in Donny Dog’s Kennel.

Families

We also have a guide for families attending the game - who can look forward to all sorts of entertainment including meeting Donny Dog and members of the first team squad in our dedicated family area, which includes Donny Dog's Kennel - you can find out more here. 

Our friends at Tesco will be supplying free fruit to our younger fans in Donny Dog’s Kennel and have previously brought fruit with surprising flavours. Staff from GAME Doncaster will be ever present also and they may even have prizes to give away to lucky fans.

Keep your eye out for Donny Dog who will be handing out his very own gingerbread dog biscuits courtesy of our friends at Cooplands.

TICKETS

Silver Membership holders can bring a friend for only £12 if they hand over their Silver Membership voucher one to the Club Doncaster Box Office. The offer runs up until kick-off and is only available from either a telephone purchase or by visiting the Club Doncaster Box Office

Tickets for Tuesday's game are available from the Box Office right up to kick-off. Rovers fans can buy from the Box Office in person, by calling 01302 762576 after 9am or going to tickets.clubdoncaster.co.uk. Please note that there are no cash gates for this game, tickets must be purchased from the Club Doncaster Box Office, only those with a previous purchase history will be allowed to buy a ticket.

Pre-ordered tickets for this game are available from the collection windows to the side of the South Stand reception area.

Travelling supporters can collect pre-ordered tickets from the Club Doncaster Academy Office in the North Stand.

TRANSPORT

Following the conclusion of Tuesday’s game First South Yorkshire will be running shuttle buses back to the transport interchange in Doncaster town centre.  These buses will depart from Stadium Way at 2.30pm and 2:50pm.  In addition, regular service buses (Service 55) will depart from Lakeside to the town centre at the following times 2.36pm, 2.51pm, 3.06pm and 3.21pm.

TIMETABLE OF EVENTS

10.00am – Belle Vue Bar and Rovers Square Opens

10.30am - Players arrive and enter the stadium via the West Reception

11.00am – Turnstiles open

11.00am – Donny Dog’s Kennel opens – including the GAME zone, crafting and face painting, free fruit and Donny’s activity sheets

11.30am – Donny Dog arrives in the Family Stand

11.45am – Donny Dog’s fitness – Join in with Donny pitchside

11.50am – Team announcement in the Belle Vue Bar/Rovers Square followed by a Q&A with a first team player

11.50am – First team squad members arrive in Donny’s Kennel to challenge our younger fans to a game of FIFA17

12.27.00 homage read as chairmen of both clubs lay wreathes

12.27.30 The Last Post plays as all present observe a minute's Remembrance.

12.28.30 Referee blows whistle to end minute's silence

12.30pm -  Kick-off

12.45pm – Keep your eye on the scoreboard. Are you going to be the lucky recipient of 12 pies thanks to our friends at Pukka Pies?

1.15pm – Half-time – on the pitch penalties, Alliance £10,000 draw and Doncaster Rovers Dance Squad (Cre8ive Dance).

2.15pm – Full-time - The Belle Vue Bar remains open until approximately 5.30pm

2.30pm – Shuttle buses depart from Stadium Way.
