Rovers will take on Scunthorpe United or Northampton Town in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The tie will be played at the Keepmoat Stadium at some point during the first weekend in December.
The Iron and Cobblers must replay their first-round tie after a goalless draw at Sixfields on Saturday.
