Rovers will host Scunthorpe United in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The Iron beat Northampton Town in their first-round replay at Glanford Park on Tuesday evening.
The fixture will take place at the Keepmoat Stadium in the first weekend of December.
This means the Sky Bet League One fixture between the two sides at Glanford Park will need to be re-arranged, as one of the sides will be in the FA Cup third round.
