Doncaster Rovers have confirmed a family open day as the pinnacle of a half-term week full of activities for the younger generation of Rovers fans.
On Thursday November 2, the first team will be in attendance for a free of charge family day in the Club Doncaster Foundation Family Stand from 12.30pm.
Club Doncaster staff will be taking fans for a behind the scenes tour making special stops at the PA room, media zone, the changing rooms and the club shop (first-team players will also be in the club shop).
To make the event extra special, we have invited a mixture of animals from White Post Farm, which could include spiders, snakes and lizards, but also some of your favourite little animals including ducklings, rabbits and guinea pigs.
To accompany our animal friends, GAME Doncaster will be introducing fans to their PlayStation VR software and setting up competitions on the Nintendo Switch.
Hawks of Steele will perch some of their majestic birds of prey in the Family Stand and fans are encouraged to try holding their favourite bird.
We will also have bouncy castles, face painting and the Club Doncaster Foundation staff putting on football skills sessions and promoting their activities.
Fans are encouraged to park in car park two and head into the stadium by entering the West Recpetion.
During the week there will be three football camps based throughout Doncaster, with more details, available via the official website and social media in the coming days.
